  • Magnum Almond x Croissant: A buttery Humble croissant layered with caramel crunch, slivered almonds, chocolate drizzle, and a full-size Magnum Almond inside

  • Magnum Classic x Tiramisu Affogato: Two shots of rich Single O coffee poured over a full-size Magnum Classic, finished with custard anglaise and dusted with chocolate

  • Magnum Boysenberry x Finger Bun: Magnum Boysenberry nestled into Humble’s signature finger bun, topped with purple frosting

These individual dessert mash-ups are priced at AUD 10.00 (USD 6.50) each. They were available at participating Humble Bakery locations only during the collab week.

Swensen’s Limited-Edition 1.2 kg Giant Gold Bar Ice Cream Cake (Singapore)

Singapore’s beloved dessert chain, Swensen’s, celebrates Lunar New Year 2026 with a show-stopping 1.2kg Giant Gold Bar Ice Cream Cake. Designed as a prosperity symbol for festive gatherings, the cake combines Sticky Chewy Chocolate ice cream with silky Crème Brûlée ice cream, delivering a rich cocoa-caramel flavor profile beneath its gold exterior.

Swensen’s also introduced a 200g “Lucky Knock Knock” Gold Bar, featuring Sticky Chewy Chocolate ice cream and a hidden code for a chance to win Swensen’s Unlimited Buffet passes.

The cake retails for S$88.00 (USD 65.00), whereas the bar costs S$26.80 (USD 20.00). Both are available for a limited time at Swensen’s outlets across Singapore and via its official ordering channels.

Pathé Café Releases Éclair Franui (France)

Inspired by the viral success of Franui chocolate-coated raspberries, Pathé Café has introduced the Éclair Franui, translating the popular flavor concept into a premium pâtisserie-style dessert.

The éclair is filled with light whipped cream and tangy raspberry purée, then finished with a rich chocolate-hazelnut sauce and franuis on top.

The Éclair Franui is sold at Pathé Café locations inside Pathé cinemas in France. Pricing wasn’t readily available at the time of publishing.

Carousel Oyster Delights Return for Summer 2026 (United Kingdom)

Oyster Delights are back on shelves for a limited time, sparking nostalgia among UK ice cream lovers and retailers alike. Originally a throwback frozen treat, this product is best known for its crunchy wafer shell “oysters” filled with soft, light mallow and coated in a sweet chocolate-flavored coating with coconut sprinkles.

The treat is typically sold in packs containing six wafer shells and is available at seasonal grocers, major UK supermarkets, and through frozen food distributors/restaurants. They cost around £2.00 per 6-pack (USD 2.50).

Heinz Ketchup-Flavored Ice Cream Dip (Chile)

Heinz has introduced a bold sweet-and-savory concept with its Ketchup-Flavored Ice Cream Dip, a bright red soft-serve designed specifically for dipping fries.

The frozen treat incorporates the tangy, slightly spiced flavor profile of Heinz’s iconic ketchup into a creamy ice cream format.

Rather than positioning the product as a traditional dessert, Heinz markets it as a cold dipping sauce for fries—playfully reimagining the classic fries-and-ketchup pairing. While many consumers were already mixing ice cream with fries, this launch cheekily reinforces the idea that ketchup belongs with fries by transforming Heinz ketchup into ice cream.

The limited release is available in Chile through select supermarkets, cafés, food trucks, and online ordering as part of a promotional activation.

Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams x Bridgerton Collection and House Coffee Flavor (United States)

In a collaboration inspired by Netflix’s hit period drama Bridgerton, Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams unveils a limited-edition ice cream collection that channels the romance, elegance, and indulgence of Regency-era London.

Crafted with Jeni’s signature buttercream body and high-quality dairy base, each flavor exemplifies the continued crossover between entertainment franchises and premium dairy innovation. The collection features:

  • Queen Charlotte Sponge Cake: Decadent almond buttercream with raspberry-rose jam and honey sponge cake. Lavender-hued at Queen Charlotte’s behest

Baskin-Robbins Brings Back Love Potion #31 for Valentine’s Day (United States)

Baskin-Robbins celebrated Valentine’s Day 2026 with the return of one of its most beloved seasonal flavors: Love Potion #31, marking the 31st anniversary of this scoop.

Originally introduced in 1995, Love Potion #31 combines white chocolate and raspberry-flavored ice creams with raspberry swirls, chocolate-flavored chips, and raspberry-filled chocolate hearts. The flavor is available by the scoop in cups, cones, and custom creations, or pre-packed in pints/quarts to enjoy at home. Pricing varies by format and location.

Alongside the ice cream’s return, Baskin-Robbins has also launched a Love Potion #31 Cappy—a frozen coffee drink blending real Arabica coffee with scoops of the Love Potion #31 base, topped with whipped cream and chocolate fudge drizzle.

Additionally, the chain introduced Valentine’s-themed ice cream cakes: the Vintage Heart Cake and Vintage Cherry Cake, both customizable with any ice cream flavor and tied to the holiday’s retro romance aesthetic. They’re available in various serving sizes, with pricing based on size and custom options.

The launches could be found nationwide at participating Baskin-Robbins scoop shops during February 2026, while supplies lasted.
