Flowering Ice Cream from Ajinomoto Co. and Solar Foods! (Singapore)
Leading Japanese multinational food and biotechnology company Ajinomoto Co., Inc. and Finnish startup Solar Foods launched Flowering Ice Cream—using the first and only food truck concept by new brand Atlr. 72! The brand, launched last year by Ajinomoto Co., offers healthy, environmentally conscious products that reduce the use of animal ingredients.

Each cup of the brand’s ice cream was beautifully decorated with colorful 3D cookies shaped like flowers and birds, conveying the message of leaving a beautiful nature and planet for the future. The bright yellow color of the ice cream comes from the natural carotenoids found in Solein, a Finnish protein made using electricity and CO2.
From March 28 to April 16, the Atlr. 72 food truck was available at various locations in Singapore, serving three flavors of its Flowering Ice Cream for SGD 7 (USD 5.35) for a single scoop or SGD 13 (USD 9.94) for a double scoop.
The dairy-based (Signature) Vanilla with Mochi flavor offered creamy, smooth vanilla ice cream paired with soft, chewy Japanese rice cake. Two non-dairy debuts were also available.
Additional locations for this unique pop-up will be announced in the future!
Two New Treats from Wall's: The Haribo Push Up and Twister Mallow! (United Kingdom)

A collaboration between Wall's Ice Cream and confectionery giant Haribo has resulted in a fun, sweet debut! Available in a single and multipack format, the new Haribo Push Up combines vanilla ice cream and sweet strawberry sauce with a push-up stick featuring Haribo Gold Gummy Bears.
Each 4x85mL pack retails for £3.00 (USD 3.89) and can be found at major retailers.

The Twister Mallow is another new release from Wall's. It combines grape and sour raspberry flavors with a creamy marshmallow swirl. Each 70mL treat retails for £1.60 (USD 2.15).
By focusing on the cross-aisle collaboration between confectionery and frozen treats, Wall’s continues to expand.
Carte D’Or Solero Ice Cream Results from Carte D’or x Solero Collab! (United Kingdom)
Fans say a beloved nostalgic summer treat has been transformed into a new twist on the “world's best ice cream”!

Inspired by the popular Carte D'Or Solero ice lolly in 1994, the new 825mL Carte D'or Solero ice cream tub is a vibrant medley of peach, passionfruit, mango, and pineapple flavors. It’s described as "Carte D'Or vanilla ice cream paired with signature Solero fruit sorbet, topped with a tangy Solero Exotic fruit sauce."
The flavor is available in Iceland for £3.75 (USD 5.02). It can also be purchased for £3.00 (USD 4.02) from Ocado or Solero (with a Clubcard).
Hackney Gelato Releases New Banana, Caramel & Pecan Flavor! (United Kingdom)

Hackney Gelato's newest release, Banana, Caramel & Pecan, offers a unique combination of creamy banana gelato (made with real bananas), caramel ripples, and caramelized pecan clusters. Available just in time for National Banana Day on April 16, the launch features several high-quality ingredients, including British milk and cream.
The 460mL tubs are available for £5.25 (USD 7.04) at several retailers, including Waitrose, Ocado, Tesco, and GoPuff.
Magnum Utopia Double Hazelnut Has Arrived! (United Kingdom)

Magnum's latest product, Utopia Double Hazelnut, is an 85mL ice cream stick suitable for "anyone seeking pure pleasure."
This indulgent treat features hazelnut and caramel-almond-flavored ice creams wrapped in a layer of salted hazelnut sauce and coated in white chocolate studded with caramelized hazelnut, almond, and pistachio pieces.
The debut is available at major retailers, including Tesco, SuperValue, and Dunnes Stores. A 3x85mL box retails for £4.25 (USD 5.70).
Four New Ice Cream Bars from Little Debbie and Hudsonville Ice Cream! (United States)

Four of Little Debbie's summer treats return to Walmart stores—just in time for the warmer months in the Northern Hemisphere!
The full line-up includes:
Birthday Cake Ice Cream Bars: Creamy white cake-flavored ice cream blended with cake pieces and vibrant sprinkles.
Strawberry Shortcake Rolls Ice Cream Bars: Smooth white cake-flavored ice cream swirled with a luscious strawberry ribbon and cake crumbles.

The partnership with Hudsonville Ice Cream isn't the first one done by the snack cake brand. In 2023, the collaboration resulted in four new limited-edition ice cream flavors!
Pricing wasn't widely available at the time of publishing. However, Kroger's lists the four-packs (12oz/355mL) of Strawberry Shortcake Rolls ice cream bars for USD 5.29.
Jeni's Ice Creams' 2025 Spring Ice Cream Line-up (United States)

Jeni's Ice Creams is adding several limited-time products to their seasonal rotation! Included in the line-up are three ice cream pints inspired by 18th-century gatherings where people socialized in beautiful gardens:

Citrus Glazed Pound Cake (new): A bright, refreshing combination of Yuzu ice cream, yellow pound cake, and lemon icing glaze.

Each 473mL pint retails for USD 12.00, and a five-pack is available for USD 58.00 on the brand's website. The flavors are also available in scoop shops nationwide and at select retailers until supplies run out.

Also this spring, Jeni's is releasing ice cream bars outside of the brand's scoop shops—for the first time:

The three-packs of ice cream bars (9oz/266mL) retail for USD 8.00-9.00, depending on the store location.
Blue Bell's Three Recent Limited-Time Flavors (United States)
Three new recent limited-time releases from Blue Bell will help keep fans’ taste buds entertained!
