Häagen-Dazs Japan's "Japan Mind" series continues with a 60mL Yuzu White Chocolate Crispy Sandwich, a luxurious treat that embodies Japanese elegance.
This limited-edition ice cream features a crisp monaka wafer shell, filled with rich white chocolate ice cream and complemented by vibrant yuzu sauce made from dried fruit, juice, and peel oil. The yuzu's tartness complements the sweetness of the white chocolate, resulting in a harmonious and aromatic flavor profile.
The packaging features traditional Japanese "Shippo" patterns, symbolizing eternal harmony and peace, and reflects the cultural essence of the treat. They’re available nationwide at 7-Eleven stores in Japan for JPY 351 (USD 2.37) for a limited time.
Joining the “Japan Mind” series are two dual-flavored cups of creamy gelatos:
Häagen-Dazs Creamy Gelato–Houjicha Kinako: Aromatic houjicha gelato with rich, toasty bitterness and creamy, sweet kinako (roasted soybean flour) gelato

Magnolia’s New Coconut Ice Cream Wafer Sandwiches and Tubs! Singapore
Magnolia’s newest ice cream flavor is Coconut Ice Cream with Pandan Ripple and Wafer! Like the rest of F&N Magnolia’s products, the debuts are halal-certified. A 4-pack of sandwiches retails for SGD 5.55 (USD 4.33), with tubs of the new flavor also available.

New Ice Cream Brand, Call Me Chunky, Debuts! India
Call Me Chunky is a new ice cream brand in Bengaluru that redefines indulgence with bold flavors and generous mix-ins. Their debut collection features six inventive varieties, each crafted with creamy bases and substantial chunks, swirls, and textures. Flavors include:
Berry Cheesy Dream: A velvety blend of cheesecake and strawberries
Cookie Caramel Charms: A nostalgic mix of buttery cookies and butterscotch

Modak-Shaped Ice Cream from HOCCO Ice Cream! India
HOCCO Ice Cream is celebrating Ganesh Chaturthi 2025 with a festive twist: a limited-edition Modak-shaped ice cream. This playful creation reimagines the traditional modak (a sweet Indian dumpling) in a modern format, delivering a sweet treat that’s both culturally meaningful and indulgent.
Designed as a bite-sized delight, the HOCCO Modak Ice Cream is perfect for gifting, snacking, or sharing as prasad. It comes in two delicious variants:
White Chocolate Modak: Coconut ice cream coated in smooth white chocolate
Milk Chocolate Modak: Coconut cream ice cream enrobed in rich milk chocolate

Tinder India is unveiling the next chapter of its 'Move On' campaign through a limited-edition ice cream collaboration with Mumbai-based artisanal ice cream brand Indu Ice Cream. Four flavors—all themed around self-love and moving forward—are available:
Dil Ka Falooda: Malai cheesecake ice cream with pista white chocolate chip, and rose coconut jelly falooda mix
Not Your Match Ya: Strawberry ice cream with white chocolate matcha stracciatella
Your Ex’s Tears: A coconut-flavored ice cream layered with salted caramel and topped with cashews

Cornetto’s newest premium innovation, Cornetto Max, delivers an elevated multi-sensory snacking experience that plays directly into Gen Z’s craving for indulgence, maximalism, and shareable moments. The cone layers include a chocolatey disc top, a duo of ice creams, and sauce centers, all housed in a crunchy cone, offering a rich blend of textures in every bite. Launching in two trending flavor combinations–Hazelnut & Chocolate and Mango & Vanilla–Cornetto Max brings together nutty, fruity, and chocolatey notes.
Backed by new tech‐driven design and production innovation (including AI testing, bespoke chocolate discs, precision layering, and even 3D‐printed nozzles), Cornetto Max is more than just a flavor refresh—it’s a sensory statement. Its creation involved multiple collaborations with industry partners, including specialist chocolate supplier Barry Callebaut, Engineers at Colworth’s Advanced Prototype Engineering Centre, and factory teams in Caivano.

Award-winning chef, Yotam Ottolenghi, brings his signature Middle Eastern flavors to frozen desserts with a premium ice cream line! The three flavors are made with West Country cream and are free from artificial colors and flavors:
Madagascan Vanilla & Miso Salted Caramel: Vanilla ice cream with a miso and salted caramel ripple

McVitie’s x Iceland Launch New Biscuit-Inspired Ice Cream Range! United Kingdom
McVitie’s has teamed up with Iceland (and The Food Warehouse) to create an ice cream line based on its iconic biscuits. The launch includes two 500 mL tubs and two handheld bars:
Hobnobs The Oaty One Ice Cream (500 mL): Oat biscuit ice cream with oat biscuit pieces, golden syrup sauce, and shortcake biscuit pieces
Milk Chocolate Digestives Ice Cream (500 mL): Biscuit-flavored ice cream with chocolate sauce, milk chocolate Digestive biscuit pieces, and chocolate shavings

Diana’s Releases Birthday Cake Banana Bites! United States
Diana’s, known for its chocolate-covered frozen fruit treats, has launched Birthday Cake Banana Bites, exclusive at Target stores nationwide.
These gluten-free bites are made from upcycled banana pieces, dipped in creamy white chocolate, and topped with naturally colored sprinkles—free from any synthetic food dyes. Retailing at approximately USD 6.79 for 227g (7 servings), these treats offer a clean-label, fun option for dessert enthusiasts seeking something playful yet less messy than cake.
Alongside this release, Diana’s has also introduced two other flavor variations at Whole Foods: Dark Chocolate Caramel Crunch and White Chocolate Cinnamon Granola Crunch. Each features upcycled bananas coated in premium chocolate, plus crunchy toppings and gluten-free granola. These are priced at about USD 8.99.
Pistachio & Fior di Latte Gelato Style Frozen Dessert at Trader Joe’s! United States
Trader Joe’s continues to impress with creative dessert offerings, and its Pistachio & Fior di Latte Gelato Style Frozen Dessert is a standout addition for summer 2025. While technically labeled a “frozen dessert” rather than authentic gelato, this treat has won widespread appreciation online for its flavor and presentation.
Each package is divided into four quadrants, with pistachio and Fior di Latte occupying two sections each. The design encourages consumers to enjoy the flavors separately or mix them for a custom taste experience.
