Taking our choice as this edition’s Pick of the Month is Mother Dairy’s limited-edition Pista Kulfi Pataka in India. Beyond its eye-catching packaging, the treat beautifully reflects the joyful, celebratory spirit of Diwali.

Mother Dairy’s “Pista Kulfi Pataka”—Diwali Limited-Edition Ice Cream (India)


Mother Dairy has introduced a festive new treat for Diwali: its limited-edition Pista Kulfi Pataka, a nostalgic twist on classic pistachio kulfi, wrapped in beautifully designed, firecracker-inspired packaging.


The vibrant “anar” wrapper not only captures the joyful spirit of the festival but also transforms the kulfi into a playful, celebratory keepsake.


Each single-serve 40g (60mL) pack is priced at ₹35 (USD 0.39) and is available through Mother Dairy booths, ice-cream carts, and major retailers across India.



Maison de la Glace’s 2025 Festive Bûches Glacées Collection (France)


Maison de la Glace has unveiled its new 2025 collection of bûches glacées, offering an elegant seasonal range of ice-cream and sorbet logs just in time for end-of-year celebrations.


Crafted by hand in Provence by Maison de la Glace’s artisans, these frozen logs pay tribute to traditional expertise while embracing festive creativity. The 2025 line-up includes:

  • Nougat & Apricot: Apricot sorbet and nougat ice cream

  • Pear & Dark Chocolate: Fresh pear sorbet combines with rich, dark chocolate ice cream

  • Madagascar Vanilla & Orange Cognac Liqueur: Madagascar vanilla ice cream and orange Cognac liqueur ice cream

  • Strawberry & Vanilla from Madagascar: Sweet strawberry and creamy Madagascar vanilla

  • Coconut & Lime: Coconut sorbet heightened by a tangy touch of lime


The bûches glacées are available through Maison de la Glace’s regular distribution network: supermarkets, regional retailers, and online across France. Pricing wasn’t readily available at the time of publication.



Brothers Ice Cream “Dubai-Style Chocolate Classic Bonbons” (United States)


Brothers Ice Cream has debuted its new Dubai-Style Chocolate Classic Bonbons, an indulgent, globally inspired treat for holiday gatherings and festive snacking! The bite-sized, limited-seasonal-release treats feature a creamy pistachio ice cream center coated in a crunchy kataifi-chocolate shell.


Sold as a multi-pack of individually wrapped bonbons, the product began appearing in Costco freezers in early December 2025. Each 23.04oz box contains 36 pieces (approximately 0.64oz each) and retails for USD 11.79.



My/Mochi Debuts the first Dubai Chocolate Style Mochi Ice Cream (United States)


Capturing the Dubai trend just in time for Christmas, My/Mochi has launched its new “Dubai Chocolate Style” mochi ice cream in the U.S.!


This indulgent treat features creamy pistachio-flavored ice cream swirled with crunchy kadayif (shredded Turkish phyllo dough) and chocolatey bits, all wrapped in soft chocolate-dough mochi—blending the signature Middle Eastern “Dubai chocolate” craze with the beloved chew-and-cream format of mochi ice cream.


The new variety is sold in a box containing two packs of 6x1.25oz (35g) pieces (each about 80 calories), designed for easy, hand-held indulgence without a spoon. The packaging departs from My/Mochi’s traditional purple box and adopts an emerald-green palette with rich brown fonts—a visual nod to the luxurious “Dubai chocolate” aesthetic.


Currently, Dubai Chocolate Style mochi is available at select club stores across the United States; wider nationwide distribution is planned for spring 2026. Sam’s Club sells the box for USD 7.94.



Bubbies Ice Cream Releases Three New Holiday Mochi Flavors (United States)


Bubbies is expanding its signature mochi ice cream line-up with three festive, seasonal flavors just in time for the holiday season! Each variety pairs the brand’s classic super-premium ice cream with soft mochi dough and a finishing drizzle:


  • Raspberry White Chocolate: Creamy white-chocolate ice cream encased in raspberry-flavored mochi dough, topped with delicate strands of sweet white chocolate

  • Peppermint Bark: Cool peppermint ice cream wrapped in chewy mochi and finished with a decadent dark-chocolate drizzle

  • Salted Caramel: Velvety caramel ice cream balanced with a hint of sea salt, enveloped in soft mochi and finished with a salted-caramel glaze


Each flavor is sold in a 6x1.32oz (37g) pack for USD 6.99–7.99 at various retailers nationwide, including Whole Foods Markets, Publix Super Markets, and Sprouts Farmers Market. A limited amount is also available on the brand’s website.



Publix 2025 Limited-Edition Holiday Ice Cream Collection (United States)



Publix has rolled out a festive new line-up of limited-edition holiday-themed ice creams—available in both half-gallon tubs and pints! The collection showcases rich seasonal flavors designed to evoke the comforting warmth and sweet nostalgia of the season. Several fan-favorite classics return, along with multiple brand-new flavors:


Half-Gallon (1.89L) Debuts

  • Coffee Chai Latte: White-coffee ice cream with cinnamon-molasses cookie pieces and white-chocolate chai swirls

  • Deep Dish Apple Pie: Apple ice cream swirled with brown-sugar-cinnamon sauce, real apple pieces, and sugar-rolled pie-crust bits

  • Eggnog: Rich eggnog-flavored ice cream with a hint of nutmeg

  • Marshmallow, Candy Cane & Cookie Blast: Marshmallow ice cream with candy-cane bits and chocolate-cookie swirls

  • Peppermint Stick: Vanilla base dotted with festive peppermint candy bits

  • Pumpkin Pie: Pumpkin-pie flavored ice cream with whipped-cream swirls and buttery-pie-crust pieces

  • Rum Nut Bread Pudding: Vanilla-rum-raisin ice cream with cinnamon crème swirls, praline pecans, and blondie-brownie pieces

  • Santa’s White Christmas: The signature flavor of Barnie’s Santa’s White Christmas coffee, elevated with decadent cocoa espresso flakes

  • Banana Nut Bread: Banana-bread flavored ice cream with walnut pieces and banana sauce swirls

  • Bourbon Eggnog: Eggnog flavor with a subtle bourbon twist, spiced with nutmeg

  • Candy Bar: Vanilla ice cream loaded with peanut butter cups, milk-chocolate gems, baked chocolate truffles, pretzel bark pieces, and honey-caramel swirls

  • Chocolate Stout Pretzel Blitz: A bold blend of chocolate-stout ice cream mixed with chocolate pretzel swirls, chocolate pecans, and peanut brittle pieces

  • Hot Honey Mascarpone Praline: Creamy mascarpone ice cream dotted with praline pecans and ribbons of hot honey for a sweet-spicy finish

  • Raspberry Elegance: White-chocolate flavored ice cream with ribbons of raspberry sauce and white-chocolate raspberry cups; inspired by the store’s Raspberry Elegance Cake


The holiday line-up is available nationwide at Publix stores across the U.S. while supplies last. The half-gallons are approximately USD 7.53, and the pints retail for approximately USD 6.09.

 


Favorite Day Gingerbread Cookie Ice Cream Sandwiches (United States)


Target’s private-label brand, Favorite Day, has released new Gingerbread Cookie Ice Cream Sandwiches, a festive, limited-edition treat for the holiday season.


Each sandwich features creamy vanilla ice cream nestled between two soft, spiced gingerbread cookies, offering a classic winter flavor in a fun, ready-to-eat frozen format.


Sold in boxes of 4x3.38oz (100mL), the sandwiches retail for USD 4.99 and are available now at Target stores across the U.S. for the Christmas period.



Trader Joe’s Introduces Gingerbread Ice Cream Sandwiches (United States)


Trader Joe’s recently released 13.52oz (400mL) 4-count boxes (approximately 3.38oz per piece) of Gingerbread Ice Cream Sandwiches.

Crafted with two gingerbread cookies sandwiching rich vanilla ice cream, the sandwiches are available for a limited time. They retail for USD 3.99.
