A2 MILK ICE CREAM

Have you ever heard of A2 milk before? A2 milk is a type of cow milk characterized by the absence of A1 β-casein proteins. The consumption of A2 milk is known to prevent the symptoms of stomach discomfort that usually occur after consuming dairy products in lactose intolerant people, such as gas, bloating, and diarrhea. Besides this, it is a rich source of omega-3 fatty acids which help in the growth and development of the human body.

Since its launch in Oceania 15 years ago, the A2 milk market has experienced an exponential growth, representing in 2019 a global value of US$6.7 billions, and extending to all dairy categories. Ice Cream is no exception and we are proud to partner with A2 milk ice cream producers able to export their products across the world. Now you can offer your consumers the benefits of A2 milk too!

FLASH-FROZEN ICE CREAM BITS

Fun and surprising colours and textures are essential to successful ice cream innovation. And flash-frozen ice cream bits deliver exactly that! Our readers may be familiar with Dippin' Dots, a US$ 300 million business and the inventor of flash freezing ice cream. Here is an alternative to Dippin' Dots, with a product that remains frozen up to -12º Celsius and that comes in a cup format ready for retail and food service alike.

The same technology can be applied to sorbet or yogurt. Additionally, should the shipment costs challenge the viability of the project, the technology could be made available for licensing. Surprise your consumer by bringing your preferred recipe into a new fun format which kids of all ages are sure to love.

AQUAFABA-BASED FROZEN SANDWICH

Surfing on the vegan wave, we are now introducing aquafaba-based frozen sandwiches. In case you were wondering (just like us!), aquafaba is the liquid that results from cooking chickpeas in water. Once whipped, aquafaba becomes this soft and creamy texture replacing the dairy in your traditional ice cream. Dairy and gluten free, this product is also free of the 14 most common allergen and is available in 2 shapes: round sandwich or gingerbread man for your holiday limited editions. A perfect way to treat your consumers during Christmas, and flatten your seasonality curve.

Furthermore, by re-using the water used for cooking chickpeas, these aquafaba frozen sandwiches become the first example of circular economy applied to the ice cream industry. A great way to satisfy your consumers' taste-buds and values!

SORBET & FRUIT PIECES STICKS

Known as "paletas" in Latin America, these products are trending all across the globe, bringing to consumers the resfreshing aspect of a sorbet, the health consciousness of eating fruit pieces and the visual appeal of an original shape and see-through design.

With only 60 calories per 75g stick this is the perfect guilt-free summer treat.

ICE CREAM PANETTONE
