Through FAIRLIFE, a 100% owned subsidiary, COCA COLA is making its debut in the Ice Cream market with the launch of light ice cream pints.

FAIRLIFE light ice cream is lactose free, contains 23 grams of protein per pint (9 grams per serving) and claims 40% less sugar than standard ice cream thanks to the use of allulose and monkfruit extract.
The range includes no less than 7 flavours at launch:
Chocolate
Chocolate Peanut Butter
Cookies & Cream
Double Fudge Brownie
Java Chip (coffee)
Mint Chip
Vanilla.
Currently only available in the Chicago region. Is that a market test before a US wide roll-out ? Time will tell.
