We soon realized that as High Road grew, the team preferred a bigger table to gather. The good stuff we make is inspired by the most delicious ingredients and welcoming people from kitchens and farms around the world.
Today, we have a team of over 100 people representing over 20 countries in two plants. We’re passionate about mind-blowing flavor combos and ingredients that celebrate people, places, and cultures.

Sweet Cream Ice Cream and Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
The center of this bad boy is Sweet Cream ice cream, kind of like drinking a glass of milk. Straight up goodness. We wrap that in chocolate chip cookie dough. Look, it’s eggless, so stop your whining. It’s meant to be eaten raw, just like when you were a kid. Then, as if you can take it, we enrobe the whole dang thing in chocolate. That’s slap your Momma good. But if she’s anything like our Moms…do so at your own risk.
Mint Ice Cream with Chocolate Cookie Dough
We start with Seely Family Mint Farm’s Peppermint to create the core of this magical treat. Wrapped around this ice cream (that tastes like it was made with the breath of angels) is a chocolate, almost brownie-like dough, that is, dare we say it, almost too decadent - but not for you, oh master of true decadence! The whole shebang gets enrobed in a crisp chocolate shell that leaves its mark.
Strawberry Ice Cream with Peanut Butter Cookie Dough
This one will bring you back to your childhood. Latch-key kid memories of classic PB & J sandwiches and fights with your siblings…but this is much better. Strawberry ice cream center, yes we use real strawberries, none of that fake stuff, not ever. We wrap it up in a creamy, oh so comforting, peanut butter cookie dough. Just when you think you’re ready to ask that cutie to the prom - BAM, we enrobe the whole thing in chocolate and you are back to reality!
Vanilla Ice Cream with Salted Caramel Cookie Dough
All we have for you here is a bit of Ohhh La La. Decadent vanilla ice cream wrapped in classic, slightly salty (like your sassy daughter) caramel and the whole thing is enrobed in dark chocolate. Classic. Fun. Completely indulgent.
