INDULGENT DOUBLE or TRIPLE COATED STICK, in mini or standard formats. Generally made of a core (ice cream), coated with an inner cocoa layer, a sauce and an outer chocolate layer.




    • CORE: Ice Cream or Sorbet
    • SAUCE: Any variegate (fruit sauce, caramel, chocolate…)
    • OUTER LAYER: White, Milk or Dark chocolate, with or without inclusions (dried fruit pieces, hazelnuts, almonds, cookie pieces…)
